History was made at William Creek on Friday the 24th of November 2017 when the BOM (Bureau of Meterology) launched at new weather station at William Creek, in outback South Australia.

• It will be William Creek's first Automatic Weather Station that you will be able to access it on the net.
• Pictured the weather station is being inspected by the Bureau of Meteorology before going into service.
• This was all made possible by Outback Areas and SA Arid Lands Board.
